All transaction and/or purchase order placed by Customer with the Company shall be subjected to acceptance by the Company. By submitting your transaction, purchase order and/or accepting delivery of product, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions. Orders Cancellation
Cancellation of orders shall not be accepted if made 24 hours after a purchase is made, or if made after the product has been shipped or dispatched to the customer.

Pricing
Price quoted is based on availability of product. In the event we are in an ‘out of stock’ situation, we will try our best to recommend you a similar product. Prices on the website will be changed without notice at Company’s sole discretion.

Payment Options
The Company accepts payment by cash on delivery and other payment methods as reflected in the payment options. The methods of payment are subjected to change without notice at The Company's sole discretion.

We accept advance payments through cash, fund transfers & cheques. Please note that delivery for such payment options will only be dispatched upon transaction cleared (e.g. cheque is cleared for payment). The methods of payments are subjected to change without notice at management sole discretion.

Product/Services Offered

Return Policy

Shipping and Handling/Risk of Loss
Product prices do not include shipping and handling. The Company will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is customers’. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is the responsibility of customer to file a claim with the carrier.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THIS SALE, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICE SOLD PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE. NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.

Warranties
The Company warrants that the product shipped and/or services provided will be free from defects for the period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. The Company does not warrant that the operation of the product and/or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE.

Waiver/Invalidity
Failure of The Company to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of its right and remedies. If any provision of this Term & Condition is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, the remainder shall stay in effect.

Delivery
You can order your supplies from the comfort of your office or home, whenever you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time, do let us know if you need any goods to be delivered outside the times stated above, e.g. weekdays at night. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Express delivery within 12 hours is $50

No Claim for short delivery or goods damaged in transit can be entertained unless notification of such shortage or damage is signed for on the Carrier's paperwork and notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If the Carriers paperwork is not signed damaged or short, no entertainment of the claim will be made by the Company.

Despatch Notification
We will notify you by email or a call when your delivery is dispatched. While every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time, to assist us in concluding your order satisfactorily we ask you to ensure that someone is available to receive the consignment and advise us of any periods when the premises may be closed so that we can notify the dispatched.

An additional service charge of $15 will be imposed if no one is around to accept the goods.

All delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence of the contract. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from or consequential upon delay in delivery.

Privacy Policy
The Company respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect and use personal information. Changes to this policy will be announced fourteen (14) days prior to the date they become effective.

HOW WE USE COLLECTED DATA: From time to time, The Company may send promotional e-mail, postal mail, or engage in telemarketing based on the information customers’ supply to us. The Company does not share e-mails with affiliates.
