Antiques/ Fragile items

• Mark the box that contains the antiques with “FRAGILE” label
• Use tissue-paper to wrap the antique and fragile items.
• Then wrap another layer with newsprint paper or bubble wrap.
• Put theloose foams into the box for extra security.

Books

• Use double-layered cartons as they can withstand the weight of books
• Place the books flat in the box, cover to cover, alternating bindings.
• If the book is especially old or valuable, pack them separately using brown paper.

Clothing

• Dresses and Suits can be hung up to avoid creasing with standup wardrobe cartons.
• Lightweight clothing can be packed in clean cartons and use silica gel to reduce and control the moisture.

Computers

• Remove all the cables before placing it in the cartons.
• Use bubble wrap or loose foams to secure the computer in the cartons. You may want to use the protection tape to cover the monitor surface.

Furniture

• Wrap and cover the piano/furniture fully with corrugated paper roll for full protection (like the way we wrap a parcel).

Mattress

• Use plastic sheets to wrap the bed mattress.

Silverware

• Use tissue paper to wrap to delay tarnishing.
