How do I register an account?

- You may choose to subscribe to our newsletter where you get to receive first-hand news of our special promotions. 

Please ensure that the billing and shipping addresses are correct to ensure smooth delivery of your order.


It is my first time purchasing, is there any promo code I can use?

- You are entitled to enjoy $5 off your first order (minimum spend $50). Please create and login to your account. Simply enter the code ‘FIRST5’ when you checkout.


How do I know if my order has been placed?

- We will send you an email confirmation within 1-2 working days to confirm your orders.


I need an order urgently, what should I do? (Not Applicable During Festive Seasons)

- Place your order via our website ( and make payment online.  Do call and inform us about the order so we can try to expedite your order or delivery. Alternatively, same-day delivery is available at a charge of $50, Monday-Friday, subject to availability of driver.


May I request for samples of the products?

- Unfortunately we do not provide samples for our products. However, you may head down to our retail store to take a look at the products or purchase a piece of each item.


What does MOQ mean?

- MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. The price is quoted based on the lowest number of units required per product. If you need smaller quantities, please feel free to contact us.


What products do you have in stock and which products do you not keep stocks for?

- All our products are in stock unless stated otherwise. For CMO orders, we do not keep in stock.


How do I know if the product I order is available?

- We will contact you within 1-2 working days after your order has been placed.

- If the products are unavailable, you may choose to substitute with other products or to get a refund.  Alternatively, you may choose to wait for the ordered products to arrive.


I will be ordering a large quantity of product, will there be any discounts?

- You are eligible for quantity discount on bulk purchase of certain products. For orders above 1000 pieces, please contact us and we will assist you.


Can I make changes to my order after order confirmation?

- You will not be able to make changes to your order online.  However, you may email to to request for changes.


Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund after order confirmation?

- If the product is not available, you may cancel, choose a substitute, or get a refund.

- If the product is available, you may cancel but will not be eligible for a refund.

- Refund will be made to the Customer within 5-10 working days in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.  (If credit card is used, the refund amount will be credited to the same credit card.)




What delivery options are available?

- We provide free delivery for orders above $200 and self-collection.


How much is delivery?

- Delivery charge is $30 for an order of net amount below $200 before GST

- For orders above $200, free delivery is provided


I received the wrong / damaged products, what should I do?

- In case any damaged or wrong products are received, please email to  Upon confirmation of wrong or defective items, Favor International will offer a free replacement.


May I exchange my orders?

- You will be eligible for one-to-one exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, self-collection or purchase at our store, with the original tax invoice or receipt.

- Items must be returned with full packaging in original condition. Favor International only accepts complete cartons with no items missing.

- Promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- Should you substitute your purchase with a product of lower value, there will be no refund of the balance.


How do I check my order?

- Please wait for our email confirmation. After 2 days, if you have not receive any confirmation email, do email us at sales@packeverything.coms.g or call us at 6844 7616 and quote us your order number.



When can I self-collect?

             - Upon placing of orders, please wait 1-2 working days for us to send you a confirmation email. Your items can only be collected when you have received a confirmation from us with your invoice. 


Where and when can I self-collect?

             - You may self-collect at 1 Ubi View, Focus one #01-05. 

             - Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-5.45pm (Avoid lunch time between 12.30pm to 1.30pm.) and Saturdays, 8.30am-12.45pm


Can I arrange courier service to pick up my self-collection order?

             - Yes, you may arrange courier service other than Grab to pick up your order.  Please quote your Order number when collecting the items at our retail store.

             - Please note that Favor International will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products delivered by your courier service.




What are the payment methods accepted?

- You may make payment via Credit Card/Debit Card, Cheque, IBG (Inter Bank Transfer) or PayNow.  Please email us the screen shot of your payment for verification.


May I apply for credit terms?

- Credit Terms are available only to corporate accounts, subject to review and approval by the Management. 

- To apply for credit terms, please complete the credit application form and email to  Favor International reserves the right to amend or cancel the credit terms at any time without prior notice.

- Payment is due no later than 30 days of Favor International’s invoice.

- For customised products, you are required to make a 50% deposit upon confirmation and pay the remaining balance upon delivery/collection of your order.


How do I pay by cheque?

How do I pay by bank transfer?

How do I pay by PayNow?

Credit / Debit Card

- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards as well as debit cards are accepted.

- If Customer fails to make payment by the due date, Favor International shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries.

- Favor International reserves the right to charge for duplicate copy of delivery orders requested by the Customer if the original copy has been lost or misplaced by the Customer.


Custom-Made Order (CMO)


I would like to customise an item, who should I contact?

- Drop us an email at with the required measurements and other required designs and we will contact you shortly.


How long does CMO takes?

- A Custom-Made Order typically takes 4-6 weeks or longer depending on each product requirements. For local CMO, it will take 8 to 12 days.


Is there an MOQ for CMO products?

- Yes, there is a minimum order quantity for CMO products as we do not carry them in stores.




Where is your retail outlet? 

- We are located at 1 Ubi View, Focus one #01-05. You may visit our retail store to view our products


Can I walk in and purchase?   

- Yes, you may walk in and purchase. Recommended for urgent orders.

- Opening hours:

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-5.45pm (Avoid lunch time between 12.30pm to 1.30pm.)

Saturdays, 8.30am-12.45pm

Closed on Sundays and public holidays


How do I get to your retail store?

- Our retail outlet is located about 3 minutes’ walk for Ubi MRT Exit B, turn

- You may also take bus number 8, 22, 58, 61, 65, 66 and 137.


Do you have parking?

- There are coupon parking spaces available behind our retail store.  If all spaces are occupied, you may stop at the loading bays in front of our retail store.  More parking spaces can be found at the nearby multi-storey carpark.
